We use the best ingredients we can get our hands on for all our cheeses. We make our own soymilk from Australian organic soybeans, we use Australian almonds and olive oil for our Almond Feta, Tasmanian apple wood for smoking our Mozzarella, fresh Australian lemon juice, and so on. No unnecessary artificial additives or flavours. All the cheesy flavours are developed combining actual food ingredients.
